If you seek contentment, fulfillment, peace, and healing, you've arrived in the best space. Many wonder how they may enhance their qualities of life by just skimming through a book or scouring the internet for quick hacks. You can definitely try that, but if not enough effort is put forth to reinforce those practices, the fruit will not bear! Thus, if you hope this course will fast track you from point A to Z in a quick glance, find something else. HOWEVER, Maddy's course strongly encourages you to closely analyze intricate aspects of your life from devoting time to yourself and practices on a day to day basis to comprehending the innate beliefs that restrain you from attaining a greater sense of being. Although, you will experience discomfort as the course challenges you to participate in practices not only within the course site itself, but engage in real life scenarios with the skills and tools you hone by practicing what is taught. These skills include communicating boundaries to honor what you truly desire in life to examining your self-talk and fine tuning those phrases into a far more positive manner. This course aids you in turning the mundane tasks of daily activities into mindful events by incorporating all of the senses. An example of this would be meal prepping for seven days on a Sunday where it seems grindy. However, attenuating all the senses and generating a lively environment filled with music and movement greatly magnifies this weekly event and experience. Furthermore, the intertwining of the foundations of Yoga philosophies provide the grounds to recognize the energetic and ethical elements of life to direct you towards ascending to your higher self. These principles guide you to live more harmoniously and tranquil through deep contemplation and comprehension in a mindful, transparent manner. Such that, you critically examine thoughts and actions and if they set you on the right path. Alongside the thoroughness of this course, Maddy's coaching and own self-experiences elevated the outcomes from the initial onset. Her wisdom and compassion in relation to all the subject areas strongly humanize the obstacles faced in life, and she presents simple and very effective solutions to those obstacles which enable you to evolve into the greater self. In this sense, your intentions will present and your desires prove attainable. All in all, if you desire to magnificently amplify every second of your life and heighten your well-being with contentment in all aspects and achieve ever-lasting peace, you've discovered the oasis.
